Atmosphere characteristic

Dripping type atmosphere. The output of enriching liquid and carrier liquid is controlled by pulse dripping.

Route numbers of controllable medium: 3 routes. (Carrier gas, enriching liquid/gas and diluting medium)
4. Carbon Potential Sensor
Oxygen probe (0~1250mV). The inner resistance of oxygen probe can be displayed by online inspection automatically.
5. Type Of Thermocouple
S,K. It can be selected by DIP switch.
6. Simulation Transfer Of Carbon Potential Record
1~5 V or 0~5 V , corresponding to 0.0~2.00 % C
7. Working mode
There are three working modes: constant carbon potential automatic control, program running automatic control,
and manual control.
Those two automatic control working modes need carbon potential sensor.
100 programs can be stored in HT9841. Each program can include 6 segments.
8. Control Method
The carbon potential can be controlled by pulse frequency or time proportion of solenoid valve in PID adjustment,
 or valve position of motor valve in PID adjustment.
