High-Temperature Insulating Boards

Features Made by a unique production method with silicate calcium as its main ingredient, those insulation boards are lightweight and thermally very efficient. Compared to regular insulation firebricks, the advantage of the size substantially improves its installation efficiency. Particularly, Superboard L was made from “activated slurry” through the process of so-called hydrothermal synthesis method to make it super lightweight with its bulk density under 0.13 g/m3. Boards with water repellent finish (surface only or entire body) are available depending on users’ applications.
Kinds Silica Boards Superboard L, Superboard, Superboard H
Applications 1. Hot-air Ovens 2. Heating Furnaces 3. Heat-treating furnaces 4. Electric Furnaces 5. Petroheating Furnaces
